Like many restaurants during the pandemic, Rebru Spirits needed to pivot from an interior space to an outdoor restaurant. We took this as an opportunity to also fill the need for events needing to shift outdoors. We used a horse trailer to act as a mobile bar, installed a stage with optimal acoustic positioning, signage and wayfinding, and feature walls to incorporate brand experience.
